It is hard to tell if it is a good day or a bad day when Shannon has to come out and help.

Of course we love her out in the field, but why is she there?

a: Josh needed an extra hand out on the road.

b: Shannon was checking up on things.

c: Josh promised Shannon a day out, but didn’t fill in the details until after they got to their destination.  

d: All of the above.

But that is because we move a lot of sheds.

Our Moral Compass Will Never Be Broken

BICO Transportation is a family business first and foremost, and nothing will ever change that because our priorities are locked in.

Started and ran by husband and wife team, Josh and Shannon Fendell, BICO is a business created out of the ideals and morals that their children grew up learning; ideals and morals that Josh and Shannon are still living and teaching their children today.

 

Just because we started a business doesn’t mean that we can leave our “please” and “thank yous” at home.

Josh and Shannon had different lives growing up. And as they got older those different worlds came closer and closer together, until they met and fell in love. Their worlds are far different than the one they have now, and that is a good thing because they have grown, and failed, and succeeded, and have learned along the way. Their journey is not over…it’s still young.

They grew as people and put that into being parents. They grew as parents and put that into their marriage. They grew in their marriage and put that into themselves as people and as parents.

They took their journey and blended that with what they learned in their business careers and started something that they are proud of. Something that one day they can leave their children.

The Fendell’s seem to be out of place and time; a time where there was a milkman, the paperboy, and no one locked their doors. Those are traditions that are lost to most of us, but the Fendell’s are genuinely like that…at home and in business.

Look…

We can talk about the honesty and the care that BICO puts into every load they haul, but the truth is that you’ll never know until you meet them for yourself. They are as promised…you won’t be disappointed; and as most of their customers have found, you’ll never look for another transport company again.
