Started and ran by husband and wife team, Josh and Shannon
Fendell, BICO is a business created out of the ideals and morals that their
children grew up learning; ideals and morals that Josh and Shannon are still
living and teaching their children today.
Josh and Shannon had different lives growing up. And as they
got older those different worlds came closer and closer together, until they
met and fell in love. Their worlds are far different than the one they have
now, and that is a good thing because they have grown, and failed, and succeeded,
and have learned along the way. Their journey is not over…it’s still young.
They grew as people and put that into being parents. They
grew as parents and put that into their marriage. They grew in their marriage
and put that into themselves as people and as parents.
They took their journey and blended that with what they
learned in their business careers and started something that they are proud of.
Something that one day they can leave their children.
The Fendell’s seem to be out of place and time; a time where
there was a milkman, the paperboy, and no one locked their doors. Those are
traditions that are lost to most of us, but the Fendell’s are genuinely like
that…at home and in business.
